I live in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago, IL and have been using many delivery services - even before the pandemic.  Finally decided it was time to keep a log of all my delivery experiences, every time I use a delivery service.  It feels like I have been plagued with terrible delivery service, most of the time.  Now a place to record all of my experiences to confirm or deny my belief.
